COVID & Safe Cleaning

Cleanliness has always been a key aspect of Innovative’s quality assurance program. Our field service technicians regularly clean with antibacterial and antiviral agents as part of routine servicing of Innovative equipment. In response to the new normal, we have implemented an enhanced cleaning protocol to help maintain public safety. All Innovative equipment is now thoroughly cleaned with Biocide 100 and other preventative measures to ensure our customers feel safe and comfortable when enjoying Relax & Recharge Massage Chairs or Zoomaroo strollers.

COVID & Safe Cleaning

Cleanliness has always been a key aspect of Innovative’s quality control program, and that has never been more important than in the wake of Covid-19. Our Field Service Representatives have always cleaned with antibacterial/antiviral agents as part of their bi-monthly servicing of Innovative equipment. While these measures were historically sufficient, Innovative recognizes the new normal requires an enhanced cleaning protocol to help maintain public safety. All Innovative equipment has been thoroughly cleaned with Biocide 100 in preparation for each property re-opening to the public along along with the execution of enhanced cleaning requirements. Additionally, we will apply a placard to each piece of equipment to educate the consumer on the steps taken to help protect them while ensuring they feel safe and comfortable.

COVID Cleaning Protocol

STEP 1
BioCide – 100 (EPA Reg #1839-83-86117) is an EPA registered cleaning solution and disinfectant recommended for use on common area surfaces that kills 99.9% of pathogenic Bacteria, Viruses, Mold and Fungus within minutes. Refer to the CDC website for more information: https://cdc.gov

STEP 2
Sporicidin Brand Disinfectant Solution is a EPA-registered intermediate level disinfectant with a broad spectrum, which cleans, disinfects, and deodorizes. Kills 100% of pathogenic organisms, including MRSA, VRE, Coronavirus and Avian Influenza A Virus (H9N2 and H1N1). Long lasting continuous residual activity up to 6 months.

STEP 3
UV Light Sanitizer – uses UV-C Light to kill off up to 99.9% of Viruses, Bacteria and Germs in just seconds. There are three categories of Ultra-Violet (UV) light, which is not invisible to human eyes: UVA (315 to 400 nm), UVB (from 280 to 315 nm) and UVC (100 to 280 nm). UV-C is able to break the DNA of viruses and bacteria.
